Make Christmas Special
It’s my brother’s first Christmas on his mission! Our family is all together this year (my sister and her husband, my little family), so we’ll feel his absence even more. We decided to try to make Christmas feel special for him, so my sister and I put together a larger package with 12 wrapped presents inside, and instructions for when to open each. I’ll definitely post all our ideas, but don’t be afraid to branch out. Your missionary will definitely feel the love.
Update:
I’ve posted another collection of great ideas for a 12 Days of Christmas missionary package.

Please do post what you use for the 12 gifts! I was planning on doing something like this but I am stuck for ideas.

Sure thing! The next posts will be about what I am sending. I hope they help. Where is he serving? If it's in a colder country, I'll post some other ideas for that, too. Good luck!

He actually is in a pretty cold area… the Billings, Montana mission. I’ve sent hot cocoa mixes, hand warmers, a scarf/gloves/hat, etc but I’m running pretty low on ideas. Anything would be really useful! The posts you put up recently have been really helpful so thank you!

I would also like to know some ideas and what you did. I want to do the twelve days of christmas for my missionary in Chicago. That would be really appreciated! Thank you!

Please list what you have sent. Do you have a poem or anything that goes with it? My daughter is in the MTC for christmas and I would love to make it special.
Thanks!

Just wondering what you put in the 12 days of Christmas. I am looking for ideas and since it is almost mid November it would be good to get it started now! Thank you!!

Hi! Sorry, this is sort of unclear. The posts that follow this one contain what I sent to my brother for the 12 days of Christmas. You can also click on “Christmas” under the categories bar to the right, and it should come up with all the Christmas things I sent.
Thanks! And Merry Christmas to you and your missionary!
